A passionate security personnel with over 35 years’ experience in the security industry. Joined the police force in December 1982 and retired as the Assistant Superintendent of police in 2017.

A native of Arochuku local government, Abia state, who was inspired to become a security expert as a result of his love for fairness and justice for the oppressed. Safeguarding lives and properties is his major goal and this is his driving force and why he joined the force.

As a security expert, determined to grow in his career, he went through series of training and special developmental courses to better foster his growth which has enable him to get promoted in many cases.

His urge and dedication for securing lives and properties is his motivation for starting Grand way security Agency.

However, Mr. Kalu been vast with security acumen birthed a security company in March 2020 called called Grand way security company.
